Deep-Well Thermal Seal – Ultra-Strength (Non-adhesive)

The Deep-Well Thermal Seal – Ultra-Strength (Non-Adhesive) is a high-performance heat-sealing film designed for long-term sample storage, cryogenic applications, and high-throughput workflows. This non-adhesive, heat-activated polymer seal provides a permanent, high-retention bond ideal for deep-well and round-well microplates used in nucleic acid extraction, compound storage, and sample archiving.

Each sheet measures 140 mm × 80 mm and is manufactured from a 100 µm thick, multilayer polymer film optimized for strength, durability, and temperature resistance. Once heat-sealed, the film forms an airtight, solvent-resistant seal that withstands mechanical stress and temperature fluctuations during mixing, shaking, centrifugation, or freezing.

Unlike adhesive films, this non-adhesive seal eliminates the risk of residue, ensuring clean, contamination-free sealing even for long-term storage or automated workflows. The ultra-strong bond makes it suitable for sample preservation at ultra-low temperatures (–80 °C) or high-temperature incubation up to 120 °C.

Usage Notes
