Designed for clinical, forensic and genomics laboratories, the AmpliMax KingPlex Human DNA Kit combines automated magnetic bead processing with broad human sample compatibility on KingFisher Flex and Duo.
Proteinase K and Booster-assisted lysis prepare the sample for magnetic capture, followed by instrument-controlled binding, two Wash PG steps and an ethanol wash. A 50 µL elution concentrates the recovered DNA while automation reduces repetitive pipetting and operator-to-operator variation.
The workflow accepts buccal swabs, saliva, buffy coat and whole blood, with DBS and forensic casework samples as secondary inputs. It processes 24-96 samples in approximately 20-60 minutes and is supplied for in vitro diagnostic use.
Purified DNA is suitable for STR profiling, forensic DNA analysis, genotyping, SNP arrays and clinical genomics. The kit is compatible with KingFisher Flex and Duo and is backed by responsive local technical support.
