The IsoBind HPV DNA Kit is intended for clinical molecular laboratories that need reliable manual silica spin-column purification from cervical swabs, pap smear samples and epithelial cell suspensions.
Samples are pelleted and resuspended before Proteinase K lysis. A glycogen carrier supports binding from dilute or low-cellularity specimens, and three wash stages reduce mucus, proteins and haemoglobin before a 60 µL elution.
The workflow processes cervical swabs and pap smear samples in approximately 45 minutes using a standard laboratory centrifuge. Epithelial cell suspensions can be used as a secondary input. The kit is supplied for in vitro diagnostic use.
Purified DNA is suitable for HPV genotyping by real-time PCR and HPV screening assays. Manufactured to international standards, with local supply and support.
