IsoBind Tomato Leaf RNA Kit 100-Prep

Prepare tomato leaf RNA for pathogen detection and expression studies with a manual silica spin-column workflow optimised for phenolic, water-rich solanaceous tissue. Reducing conditions limit polyphenol oxidation before silica binding, helping protect downstream reverse transcription and amplification. The approximately 45-minute workflow supports RT-qPCR disease surveillance, RNA-seq and seed-health research.

The IsoBind Tomato Leaf RNA Kit is developed for plant pathology and crop research laboratories that need total RNA from tomato and related solanaceous leaf tissue across different disease stages.

Homogenised tissue is lysed under reducing conditions to limit polyphenol oxidation before the cleared lysate is applied to the silica membrane. The wash sequence reduces phenolic and water-soluble contaminants before elution.

The manual silica spin-column workflow takes approximately 45 minutes for 1-24 samples and requires only a standard laboratory centrifuge.

Purified RNA is suitable for RT-qPCR detection of tomato pathogens, disease surveillance, RNA-seq and gene expression analysis. Local manufacture supports dependable supply for crop-health programmes.
