The IsoBind Maxi Blood & Tissue DNA Kit gives reference, surveillance and biobank laboratories a high-throughput silica spin-column plate workflow for genomic DNA purification from whole blood, buffy coat and soft tissue.
Proteinase K lysis prepares the samples for binding in the 96-well silica spin-column plate. A precipitation step and plate-based washing reduce haemoglobin and proteins before a 50 µL elution. The workflow can be processed using a compatible plate centrifuge or vacuum manifold.
The system supports 96-384 sample batches and can process up to 192 samples in approximately 35 minutes, depending on the laboratory setup. It is supplied for in vitro diagnostic use.
Purified DNA is suitable for biobanking, surveillance, population genomics and high-throughput molecular testing. Responsive technical support is available for plate workflow implementation.
