The AmpliMax KingPlex Human DNA Kit prepares genomic DNA from saliva, dried blood spot cards and small-volume whole blood samples using magnetic bead chemistry. The workflow combines extended lysis, magnetic capture and controlled washing to prepare DNA for downstream analysis. A proprietary nucleic acid recovery enhancer promotes DNA capture, particularly when sample input is limited.
The method has been validated on Tianlong Libex and Seegene SEEPrep32. It is also compatible with KingFisher, Revvity chemagic 360, Opentrons, Bioer, Zhengkebio, BioPerfectus, AdNAP, Snibe, chemagic360 and configurable liquid handlers from Hamilton, Beckman Coulter, Tecan, LGC and Opentrons. For configurable liquid handlers, the user laboratory is responsible for instrument programming, labware selection and local workflow verification.
Compatible with Whatman™ 903 Protein Saver Card (05-715-121), Whatman™ 903 Neonatal Screening Cards (09-800-961) and Whatman™ FTA Classic Cards (09-923-341 or 09-923-340).
