The IsoBind Plant DNA Kit is a general-purpose manual silica spin-column system for breeding, crop research and molecular testing laboratories working with plant leaf, root, seed and stem tissue.

Homogenised tissue is lysed before Booster-assisted binding to the silica membrane. RNase A reduces RNA contamination, and the wash sequence removes polysaccharides, polyphenols, tannins and pigments before a 50-100 µL elution.

The lyse, bind, wash and elute workflow takes approximately 45 minutes for 1-24 samples and uses a standard laboratory centrifuge. Mechanical homogenisation is required before lysis.

Purified DNA is suitable for PCR genotyping, GMO screening, diversity studies, Sanger sequencing and plant pathogen detection. Manufactured locally for reliable supply.
